All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

4. International Shipping (China to USA)
To provide the best value and the most innovative designs, OvisCare products are shipped directly from our dedicated partner warehouse in China. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to you.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
OvisCare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Expert Note: Most orders under $800 to the USA are duty-free.)
6. Damaged or Lost Items
